This service site is managed by Ana Camille D.C. Martin, a consistent honor student, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Major in Construction Management, a PRC-Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and a professional member of Institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA). Her 12 years of experience as an appraiser had given her extensive exposures on property valuation that she is confident enough to meet your level of standards that you expect and require, in compliance with the guidelines and professional standards as set by the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVS) and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), in the conduct of its professional practice. She is willing to undertake appraisal tasks anywhere in the Philippines.
